Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide! All orders are processed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, AEST). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the carrier's website.


Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at alexeokeeffe@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pizzaiolo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at alexeokeeffe@gmail.com — we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
