Pizzaiolo is a Brisbane-based online retailer specialising in pizza ovens, tools, and accessories for home pizza makers.

The name says it all. Pizzaiolo is Italian for pizza maker, and that's exactly what I am.

While studying marketing, I spent years making pizza in restaurants and pubs around Brisbane. It wasn't just a job; it was where I fell in love with the craft: the dough, the fire, the process of getting it right. When I moved on from hospitality, the pizza didn't stop. I kept making it at home, working out of my Gozney Roccbox, cooking for friends and family, and constantly looking for the right tools and equipment to level up.

That's where things got frustrating.

Most kitchenware stores lump pizza gear in with a hundred other gadgets. The ranges are shallow, the advice is generic, and if you're serious about what you're making, you're largely left to figure it out yourself. I wanted a store built around the needs of home pizza makers, not an afterthought shelf in a department store.

So I built one.
